If you purchase a car from these people, be forewarned that you may experience the same level of service for that vehicle. This is unquestionably the worst experience with an automobile in my entire 70 years. 5.0 View 5 Reviews More Employees Latest Reviews JAl Packer is the best auto dealership (Ford or otherwise) I've visited Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are treating me like a leper and my car like a liability hot potato. The truth is that once they got my money for services that they added onto the warranty work, they won’t back up their work and they want nothing to do with me because they have already ripped me off for the cash pay extras which may, or may not have been needed and may have caused the secondary problems. At this point, I cannot imagine ever doing business with Al Packer Lincoln, Al Packer Ford or the Ford Motor Co in the future. I have never encountered such behavior from either a service provider nor a retailer. They say other customers have priority over my car. I have opened a complaint file with Ford and Kacie Copeland says there is nothing she can do to get the dealership to walk into the parking area and get a diagnosis by plugging in the computer. It was the dealership’s show car when bought in Delaware. This car is the top of the Lincoln luxury line with all of the options. They won’t diagnose the car, open a claim or give me a loaner. The General Manager Tracy Manzilotti will not intervene. The Service Manager Tim Olsen won’t return my calls. It has not been drivable for more than 5 miles for the past 5 weeks and sitting in their parking lot for 7 days now without even being plugged in for diagnosis, so I can’t even open up a new claim or get a rental car. After 5 weeks, 2 bills claimed and paid by the warranty company, 2 copays by me and another bill for almost $800, the car is still there, not running. Or just send me the check that was promised and let me be on my way.On Oct 4 2022, my Lincoln MKS was delivered by AAA to Al Packer with a malfunctioning fuel injector. Al Packer Ford West generates approximately USD 33,320,500 in revenue annually, and employs around 60 people at this location. It's sad I have to post on here because noone in the store will get Mr packer on the phone for me. Our staff always strives to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction, while. you'd literally think you bought a stolen car. Al Packer Ford West Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Florida. They just keep giving me the run around, ALSO the standard warranty they claim comes with every vehicle, doesn't even exist, I tried to get them to cover the cv axle and they said you have to purchase a Warranty, that there is no warranty that comes with the vehicle.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF I still am yet to get my copies of any and all paperwork, Tom in accounting has also been dodging our calls, wont even return a messege. I sent him the invoice from the shop and he said the check was on the way, that was over a month ago, I again spoke with him last week, he said he was shipping it out that day, I just spoke with somone else now because I can't get anyone in management on the phone and they are once again telling me the check is going in the mail tomorrow. He agreed to write a check for what the body shop said it would cost. I told the general manager Tracey I would not accept the vehicle unless he agreed to pay for the bumper and grill at the least. I am posting here today because on arrival of my truck, that they claimed had a 120 point inspection, was dropped off with a snapped off antenna, zip tied driver seat, sticker rear window, driver door that won't close, broken grill, blown shocks, busted cv axle, and literally the rear bumper falling off, I have pictures and videos. Very poor communication, very slow at what they do, but that's not why I'm posting this. I bought a truck from here and had it shipped to northern Florida. They need to add an option for half star or no star.
