Artifact PropertiesĪrtifacts have properties like other magical items, but these are of a greater magnitude than what the average adventurer will come across in their lifetime. In this article we’ll take a look at the properties of artifacts in general, and then preview one particular artifact, the Raiment of the Devouring King.
